2. Acceptable Use and Community Guidelines

To maintain a safe and positive space, you agree not to engage in the following:

• Abuse or harassment – Avoid threatening, harassing, or defamatory behavior toward others.
• Obscene or offensive content – Strictly no nudity, pornography, or any material that violates public morals or decency laws.
• Spam or scams – Do not send unsolicited promotions or fraudulent schemes.
• Misuse of user data – Personal information of other users may only be used for legitimate transactions within 1Raket.com, in compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

3. Platform Fees and Payments

Creating an account and setting up your page is free. When you receive payments, 1Raket.com and its payment partners (e.g., GCash, PayPal, or local banks) may deduct service or processing fees.

• Fees vary by payment provider.
• You are responsible for any applicable taxes, as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR).
• All transactions are final and non-reversible except as required by law.

4. Our Role and Limitations

1Raket.com acts as a platform provider, not a payment processor, employer, or agent. We are not liable for:

• Any disputes between users (e.g., Fans and Raketistas).
• The accuracy or legality of user content.
• Delays, payment failures, or losses caused by third-party providers.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk, and you agree to release 1Raket.com from any claims arising from user interactions or disputes.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, branding, designs, and trademarks of 1Raket.com are protected under Philippine copyright and intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute content owned by 1Raket.com without prior written consent.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content but grant 1Raket.com a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute it on the Platform.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the intellectual property of other people.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

1Raket.com values your privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).

7. Account Termination

If you have ongoing subscriptions or support payments, you must cancel them before account deletion to avoid future charges.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 1Raket.com, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Platform;
• Violation of these Terms; or
• Infringement of the rights of other people.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

We encourage users to resolve issues amicably through our support channels. If legal action is necessary, these Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute shall be filed exclusively in the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, to the exclusion of all other venues.

10. Changes to the Service

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 1Raket.com. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining terms remain in effect. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
