Navigate to Shop Dashboard

Access your shop management dashboard to begin setting up your products.

Step-by-step:

  • Log in to your 1raket account at 1raket.com
  • Click on your profile avatar in the top navigation bar
  • Select 'Dashboard' from the dropdown menu
  • Click on 'Shop' in the left sidebar menu
  • You'll see the main Shop dashboard with two tabs: Setup and Orders

Add Your First Product

Start creating your first product to sell in your shop.

Step-by-step:

  • Click the 'Add Product' button in the top right corner
  • Choose your product type: Digital or Physical
  • Digital Product: eBooks, courses, templates, music, videos, digital art
  • Physical Product: Merchandise, books, art prints, handmade items
  • Enter a product name (optional, can add later)
  • Click 'Continue' to proceed to product setup page

Start with digital products - they're easier to set up with no shipping required!

Add Product Details

Fill in all the essential information about your product.

Step-by-step:

  • Product Name (Required): Clear, descriptive name (1-100 characters)
  • Description (Required): Detailed description up to 5,000 characters
  • Use bullet points to highlight key features and benefits
  • Auto-saves as you type - no need to worry about losing progress
  • Add Categories (Optional): Select up to 3 categories
  • Categories help customers discover your products

Be specific and detailed in your description. Highlight key benefits, what's included, and for physical products include size, materials, and care instructions.

Upload Product Images

Add high-quality images to showcase your product.

Step-by-step:

  • Click 'Upload Images' or drag and drop files
  • Supported formats: JPEG, PNG, WebP (max 8MB per image)
  • Recommended size: 1200×1200 pixels or larger
  • Upload up to 5 images per product
  • First image is automatically set as primary
  • Click star icon to change primary image
  • Drag and drop to reorder images

💡 Pro Tip

Use high-quality, well-lit photos. Show different angles for physical products and include screenshots or previews for digital products. First image is most important!

Set Pricing and Variants

Configure how customers can purchase your product.

Step-by-step:

  • Base Price (Required if no variants): Minimum ₱1.00
  • Add Variants (Optional): For different options like sizes, colors, editions
  • Variant Name: Example 'Small', 'Basic Edition', 'Red Color'
  • Variant Price: Individual price for each variant
  • Max Quantity (Optional): Limit available quantity per variant
  • Add multiple variants as needed for different options

💡 Pro Tip

Use variants for different options of the same product, not for different products. Price variants based on value provided.

Configure Product Options

Set up additional product settings based on your product type.

  • FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:
  • • Upload files (PDF, ZIP, MP3, MP4, etc. - max 500MB)
  • • OR provide external URL (Google Drive, course platform, etc.)
  • • Add access instructions for customers
  • FOR PHYSICAL PRODUCTS:
  • • Set shipping fee (flat rate per order)
  • • Add estimated delivery time
  • • Include shipping notes
  • • Enable stock tracking (optional)

Publish Your Product

Review and publish your product to make it available in your shop.

  • Review all product information for accuracy
  • Check product name, description, images, and pricing
  • Click 'Save as Draft' if not ready to publish
  • Click 'Publish' when ready to go live
  • Product becomes visible in your shop immediately
